Welcome to New Stress Relief.  Our mission is to provide an effective and transformative experience, on a therapeutic or coaching level, unique to your individual needs.

While we specialize in stress, anxiety and depression relief,  we can help you change or eliminate any limitations, beliefs and behaviors you want.

You do not have to be in need of healing to enjoy or benefit from our sessions. You may simply want more inspiration, clarity or direction in your personal or professional life. Our sessions together can be a part of your growth toward self improvement, self realization and self empowerment. We can catalyze and support your life transformation on whatever level you are open and ready to experience.

We utilize Hypnotherapy, Neuro – Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Mindfulness to provide deep, rapid and lasting changes.

Our approach differs from traditional forms of counseling and therapy. We will work with you on a conscious and unconscious level for greater insight and deeper changes. We will not be encouraging you to focus or dwell on past events or trauma repeatedly. Our focus is on where you want to be and how to get there, rather than where you were. In some cases, we do not even need to know the details of your past. Our sessions can remain process driven and still be extremely effective. This is part of what makes New Stress Relief a unique and new way of dealing with emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Our mindful methods are designed for a sustainable and meaningful shift within rather than a short term fix. People experience more insight and genuine change than they thought possible. We will help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you would like to be, on a personal or professional level.

It is our intention for you to experience the results you want in the shortest amount of time possible, while ensuring that the work we do together remains extremely thorough.

Meditation and Yoga

We teach meditation and conduct group hypnosis regularly for all levels of experience. Our classes are held at: Unplug Meditation – 12401 Wilshire Blvd. #101, Los Angeles, CA 90025. Please check our website regularly for times and dates for Sherly’s classes.
